Terms of Reference To advise and make recommendations to the Director-General of Trade and Industry on matters relating to the assessment of applications and funded projects under the SME Development Fund, which includes : - to advise on the assessment criteria; - to advise whether applications for funding should be approved, the amount to be granted to each approved project, and the terms of conditions for approving funds; - to monitor implementation of funded projects; and - to evaluate the effectiveness of the Fund.
