The Trade and Industry Department (TID) has ceased accepting new applications for the SME Training Fund with effect from 1 July 2005 and the operation of the SME Training Fund Unit has ceased as from 1 July 2007.
Please be reminded that this arrangement in any case will not affect applicants who have yet to submit their reimbursement applications (except those with invalid/ lapsed in-principle approval). Successful Applicants with applications granted approval-in-principle should only submit their Application for Reimbursement of Grant upon completion of the approved training course and before the deadline stipulated in the Notice of Approval-in-Principle.
