Terms of Reference

To advise and make recommendations to the Director-General of Trade and Industry on matters relating the SME Development Fund and the Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (Organisation Support Programme), which includes :

• - to advise on the assessment criteria;
• - to advise whether applications for funding should be approved, the amount to be granted to each approved project, and the terms of conditions for approving funds;
• - to monitor implementation of funded projects; and
• - to evaluate the effectiveness of the two funding schemes.
