Applicant enterprise should submit a duly completed Application Form together with the basic documents listed below, and provide the respective supporting documents required for the promotion activity covered by the application concerned (see tables below).  Applicant enterprise may also refer to the Guide to Application for details of the supporting documents.

Please note: Failure to provide the supporting documents required or the duly signed declaration/agreement will result in delay in the processing of the applications.  Please also ensure the submitted documents are clear and legible.

Submission Means of Supplementary Documents

1. Supplementary documents may be submitted through online e-Form, by post, via drop-in box or in person to the “SME Export Marketing Fund Branch” of the Trade and Industry Department (TID).
2. The applicant enterprise should state clearly the relevant application number on the documents submitted, irrespective of submission means, to facilitate timely follow-up of the complete application by reducing the time for matching the related application with the documents.

Other Notes​

1. Eligibility of the applicant enterprise and activity will be assessed upon receipt of application.
2. Under normal circumstances, TID will complete the processing of a valid application within 30 clear working days from the date of receipt of the duly completed application accompanied by all necessary documentation.  The processing time may take longer for complicated cases.
3. Each application is considered on its own merits.  TID may further request the applicant enterprise to submit other supplementary documents.
