The grantee will be required to sign a Project Agreement with the Government and to comply with all the terms and conditions laid down in the Project Agreement, the "Guide to Application for Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund" and all directives and correspondences issued by the Director-General of Trade and Industry in respect of the project.

The grantee is required to maintain a proper and separate set of books and records for a minimum period of 7 years after the completion of the project for audit and inspection by the Government and its authorised representatives. The grantee is also required to share project deliverables widely with the industry.
