Project Deliverables :
(i) Interviews with relevant government departments of Chongqing, Guiyang, Shenzhen and Dongguan to summarise the business environment, industry characteristics and the opportunities. Result will be published in the electronic guidebook.
(ii) Interviews with ten successful Mainland and Hong Kong enterprises in the industry and analyse their business strategies and key success factors in the Mainland. Result will be announced in the workshops.
(iii) “Hong Kong Pavilion” in cultural and creative exhibitions in Chongqing, Guiyang, Shenzhen and Dongguan.
(iv) Four roadshows to promote the “Hong Kong Pavilion”.
(v) Four business matching sessions.
(vi) Seven half-day workshops about market background, intellectual property protection, branding strategies, business negotiation strategies, marketing strategies and business development strategies, etc.
(vii) An electronic guidebook.
(viii) A project website to announce project information and deliverables.
(ix) A half-day seminar in Hong Kong as an experience sharing session and guidebook launching ceremony.
