Project Deliverables :
(i) A Hong Kong pavilion to be set up in Industrial Automation Shenzhen 2017 to promote the “one-stop tailor-made solution for automation” image of Hong Kong automation industry;
(ii) A display gallery in the pavilion to showcase automated production lines including several sets of machineries produced by Hong Kong automation companies;
(iii) An opening ceremony cum business networking event in the pavilion;
(iv) A booklet to introduce strengths of the Hong Kong automation industry with a directory of Hong Kong automation companies to be distributed in the pavilion;
(v) Advertisements in the exhibition and promotional materials to promote the Hong Kong pavilion;
(vi) A two-day international automation forum in Hong Kong consisting of a plenary session and a concurrent session with eight seminars to provide update on the latest trend and development of automation industry and share the latest automation applications in the Mainland for eight target industries;
(vii) A five-day mission to the Mainland comprising four factory visits, a roundtable meeting and a business networking session for Hong Kong automation companies to learn more about the Mainland industrial automation market and establish business network.
(viii) A publicity campaign including advertisements and advertorials, websites and a project webpage. Seven e-newsletters to provide updates on the project and the automation market.
