(iii) A questionnaire survey on 100 Hong Kong component manufacturers to understand their interest and potential in entering the Mainland railway component market;
(iv) A gap analysis involving 20 Hong Kong component manufacturers to understand the local industry standards;
(v) A reference manual on the required standards for entering the Mainland railway component market (including five pilot cases);
(vi) Five business matching cum study missions to visit potential Mainland buyers;
(vii) Two Hong Kong pavilions in a railway-related exhibition in Shanghai for two consecutive years;
(viii) A directory on Hong Kong potential railway component suppliers;
(ix) A summary report of the project;
(x) Two dissemination seminars on project achievements and results; and
(xi) A series of advertisements.
