Project Deliverables :
(i) One awareness seminar to explain project details and recruit enterprises to take part in project events;
(ii) Two Hong Kong pavilions at the 18th China (Dongguan) International Textile & Clothing Industry Fair and China International Sewing Machinery & Accessories Show, with a special technology corner at each pavilion to showcase the advanced design and technologies adopted by Hong Kong apparel machinery manufacturers;
(iii) Six business networking sessions for Hong Kong apparel machinery suppliers to meet with potential buyers in the Mainland;
(iv) One literature study on Mainland coastal cities to enhance Hong Kong enterprises’ understanding on the needs of the apparel industry in the cities;
(v) Three dissemination and experience sharing seminars to share the findings on exhibitions, business networking sessions and literature study, as well as experience in exploring the Mainland apparel machinery market;
(vi) One promotional video to give a brief account of the Hong Kong apparel machinery industry;
(vii) One industry directory containing information on Hong Kong apparel machinery enterprises;
(viii) One industry website with a database to facilitate buyers searching for Hong Kong apparel machinery enterprises supplying different types of apparel machineries;
(ix) One project report consolidating project findings and outcomes; and
(x) A series of advertisements targeting potential buyers in the Mainland.
