Project Deliverables : (i) Four workshops to provide updated information to enhance the knowledge and skills of Hong Kong food producer companies in developing the Mainland market.

(ii) Two Hong Kong pavilions in two Mainland food fairs to promote the brands and strengths of Hong Kong food industry.

(iii) Two knowledge-sharing seminars to share insights and experiences of developing the Mainland market with Hong Kong food producer companies.

(iv) A promotional video to promote and demonstrate the strengths of Hong Kong food industry.

(v) An e-version casebook to summarise the content of project deliverables.

(vi) A project website to promote project activities and disseminate project information.

(vii) A series of promotional materials including advertisements leaflets and banners to promote the Hong Kong food industry.
