Project Deliverables :
(i) Three Hong Kong pavilions with business matching sessions in Mainland exhibitions to promote the Hong Kong cartoon character licensing industry.
(ii) An awareness seminar to promote the project and recruit participants for project events.
(iii) Four training workshops to enhance the understanding of Hong Kong companies in developing the Mainland market.
(iv) An in-depth study by interviewing successful Hong Kong SMEs for their business strategies in developing the Mainland market to share with the industry.
(v) An e-guidebook summarising the results of the in-depth study and other project events.
(vi) A project website for dissemination of project information and promotion of project events to Hong Kong cartoon character licensing industry.
(vii) A series of promotional materials including leaflets and advertisements.
