(i) A kick-off seminar to promote the project and recruit local SMEs participants to the project events.
(ii) A Hong Kong design product showcase at HKTDC design gallery in Beijing.
(iii) A “Hong Kong Smart Design Week” exhibition in a shopping mall (K11) in Shanghai.
(iv) Two Hong Kong pavilions in the exhibitions in Shenzhen and Shanghai to promote Hong Kong design products.
(v) Two business matching sessions at the Hong Kong pavilions in Shenzhen and Shanghai for Hong Kong SMEs to network with potential Mainland buyers.
(vi) Two trade visits to Shenzhen and Shanghai for Hong Kong SMEs to explore the Mainland retail market and promote their brands to potential Mainland buyers.
(vii) Two seminars in Hong Kong to share knowledge about the Mainland market with Hong Kong participants.
(viii) A post-project sharing session to share the project results and experience with Hong Kong companies.
(ix) Two versions of directory booklets containing the background of Hong Kong brands, contacts and award-winning design products of Hong Kong companies.
(x) A project website for dissemination of project information and promotion of project events.
(xi) Two promotional videos to introduce Hong Kong design brands in the gifts and premium, and home and houseware categories.
(xii) A promotional campaign to promote the project in the Mainland.
(xiii) A series of promotional materials including flyers, posters, eDMs and advertising banners.
