Project Deliverables :
1. Enhance professional standard and conduct of the industry by setting up and publishing of a Chinese manual on the professional operation and business management system. Totally 2,000 copies of manual (1,000 for operation, 1,000 for business management) will be prepared for distribution.
2. Design of a Cantonese video for disseminating implementation procedures and practical examples of the integrated system. 2,000 VCD (1,000 for operation, 1,000 for business management) will be prepared for the dissemination purpose.
3. A comprehensive training and promotion program such as seminars, training workshops and press conference will be arranged to disseminate project deliverables.
Information of the project activities, such as date, venue, content and mission, will be delivered to local beauty SMEs through trade association meeting, newsletters, poster, e-mail, fax and surface mail in order to attract attention of the interested parties.
