(i) A bilingual support package (in CD-ROM/VCD format) which includes guide for restaurant owner in selecting suitable air pollution control technology; design parameters and self-evaluation tools for new restaurant establishment; technical directory of air pollution control technologies in Hong Kong; and restaurant sector environmental education video.
(ii) A series of promotion activities including introductory seminars, advanced workshop and experience sharing sessions.
(iii) Project information and deliverables uploaded to the "Green Restaurant" website.
