Project Deliverables :
(i) A white paper written in Chinese that details the SCMRM, its key concepts and components;
(ii) Minimum 5 pilot cases with sharing sessions with industry players;
(iii) Implementation guidebook written in Chinese that guide SMEs to implement the SCMRM model;
(iv) 6 training sessions, training material and 4 seminars;
(v) Helpdesk support to handle query on SCMRM for a period of 11 months;
(vi) Web-based self-assessment system for SMEs to assess their maturity level plus areas that needs improvement;
(vii) Marketing and promotional campaign to promote the model and methodology locally and overseas; and
(viii) A CD-ROM to promote the SCMRM through experience sharing of successful users.
