(i) A food specification database of around 160 items on vegetable, fruit, poultry, meats and seafood containing photos and detailed description of grading, nutrition, and handling methods.
(ii) A website hosting the database.
(iii) Promotion materials including posters, food specification handbooks and pamphlets on food specification for handy reference.
(iv) A series of around 12 to 16 talks, seminars, workshops and a large scale initiation seminar.
