(i) A survey on SMEs in different industries (such as garment, electronics and electricals, toys, jewellery, watches, shoes as well as food and beverage) to identify their interested topics relating to daily operations.
(ii) Four training workshops on enhancing effectiveness in logistics for SMEs in different industries.
(iii) Four seminars on best practices for best-in-class companies to share their experiences.
(iv) Four site visits for SMEs to understand the logistics best practices and daily operations.
(v) 4,000 sets of DVD-ROM containing the training manuals of the workshops.
(vi) A website and a series of promotional activities.
