Project Deliverables :
(i) A computer database on a list of common green label schemes with details on the requirements, assessment methods, procedures, relevant testing standards, list of available testing laboratories, estimated cost and time for the standard testing, etc.
(ii) A technical guidebook with best practices on materials selection, use of eco-design tools, green manufacturing processes, environmental management systems, product disposal and recycling as well as some successful cases.
(iii) Four case studies on adoption of green label schemes in major export markets. The application procedure will be recorded in detail and shared with other SMEs.
(iv) Four technical and dissemination seminars with local or overseas experts sharing experience in adopting green label schemes.
