Project Deliverables :
(a) A set of teaching materials (in Chinese) which will be made available on the project website.
(b) 50 training sessions (1 day each session) to train up 2,000 food safety management internal auditors from SMEs (50 classes x 40 persons).
(c) 10 benchmarking visits to companies which have successfully implemented food safety management.
(d) 5,000 copies of SME food safety management casebook featuring the successful stories of the 10 benchmarking companies.
