Project Deliverables :
(1) to develop an operational model (in the form of an implementation manual) for the local vehicle repairing and beauty service industry and in compliance with VDA 6.2:2004. A simplified version will be uploaded online for public access. A CD ROM will be produced for mass distribution.
(2) to test the developed manual in six local vehicle repairing and beauty service SMEs.
(3) a total of 9 dissemination activities including technical visit, press conference, promotional seminars, technical workshops and training.
(4) To issue two technical papers, two newsletters, one industry update, and conduct two briefing sessions.
