(i) Customer Service Auditing with Mystery Shoppers Programme (MSP) for 500 SME retailers, with 4 briefing sessions and separate MSP reports for the participating SMEs
(ii) 17 management workshops on "Total Customer Service in Retail Management" for the staff of the aforesaid 500 SME retailers
(iii) Sharing over the web of 20 cases of SME retail service improvement
(iv) An Open House exhibition featuring the latest market development, business strategy and insights, successful cases, etc.
(v) Provision of expertise advice through face-to-face consultations to 30 SME retailers in the Open House
(vi) A Study Tour of 50 participants to share best practices between established retail stores and growing SMEs
(vii) A project website as a designated SME retailer portal providing one-stop information hub on the SME Retailers programme offerings and activities
