(i) A main study report, featuring the latest economic developments in the global, the Mainland and Guangdong Province context, their potential impact on HK manufacturing SMEs, and recommended strategies;
(ii) Situational reports on 5 major industry sectors (toys, garments, consumer electronics, watches and mould & die manufacturing);
(iii) An "SME Survival Toolkit", with tips on taking strategic options, avoiding common pitfalls, etc.;
(iv) An interim presentation to brief and consult stakeholders on the initial conclusions of the study;
(v) 2 project-end seminars to acquaint SME manufacturers with the overall findings of the study and use of the "SME survival toolkit".
