(iv) A booklet on Customer Tips to educate the customers their consumer rights and the key steps and issues on purchasing a quality automobile
(v) A booklet on Quality Automobile Retailing to promote the Best Practices and Quality Service Model
(vi) A web-base information portal for dissemination, updating and continued sharing of the project deliverables including video clips.
