(i) A set of training manuals in Chinese on the five selected topics including: (i) workflow management in electronics industry; (ii) local distribution management, (iii) logistics forwarding management; (iv) logistics collaboration management for business representative; and (v) the use of IT to foster visibility of order fulfilment process within supply chain partners;
(ii) Ten training workshops;
(iii) Ten seminars;
(iv) Five site visits;
(v) An online enquiry system on top of the existing function of the website of the previous project (D08 001 007);
(vi) 6,000 sets of DVD-ROM containing the training manuals and videos of the seminars and workshops
