(i) A press conference to announce the launch of the project.
(ii) A series of seminars and radio phone-in programmes to introduce the Code of Practice and answer questions from the public.
(iii) A Code of Practice signing ceremony for the participating telemarketing companies.
(iv) Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) will conduct audit to check if the participating telemarketing companies comply with the Code of Practice.
(v) A hotline for public enquiries and complaints.
(vi) A series of training classes for the frontline staff of the telemarketing industry.
