(i) Interviews with trade associations and questionnaire survey with SMEs to analyze the problems encountered by SMEs when they expand their businesses into the East China market.
(ii) Interviews with related East China government departments to understand the latest policies on domestic sales market.
(iii) Interviews with Hong Kong and Mainland companies to analyze their success and failure factors in East China market.
(iv) A Kick-off Ceremony.
(v) An experience sharing forum and 5 experience sharing sessions.
(vi) Publication of "China Domestic Sales Guidebook - East China" and a book launching ceremony.
(vii) Upload the Guidebook onto the website for free download.
