Project Deliverables :
(i) An SME Retail Conference to highlight the successful elements in retail management and to kick off the project.
(ii) A Mystery Shoppers Programme (including mystery shoppers visits, an individual assessment report and individual counselling session) for about 100 SMEs.
(iii) 20 workshops (covering techniques of frontline services and management skills relevant to the SME retailers) for about 400 participants.
(iv) An SME Retailers Open Day (including exhibitions and 5 seminars).
(v) A guidebook (2 000 copies) and 5 newspaper featured articles to share the best practices and successful cases in the retail industry.
(vi) A website to disseminate project information and enable on-line registration for the project activities.
