Project Deliverables :
To run an SME leadership programme for two years between 2011 and 2013. The plan for each year is as follows:
(i) A mentorship program for 30-40 SMEs, during which each mentor will match with 1-2 mentees.
(ii) A recognition programme, during which Ten Outstanding SMEs of the year will be selected and announced at the HKACE annual customer Service Award Presentation Ceremony. One Best Mentor and one Best Mentee will also be selected and awarded at the end of the mentorship programme.
(iii) 2 training sessions on coaching skills and customer service.
(iv) A sharing workshop for the awardees to share their good practices with other SMEs.
(v) 3 company visits.
