(i) Four awareness seminars for SMEs in retail and catering sectors on the latest development and experience sharing on utilizing smartphone apps.
(ii) Two half-day mini-exhibition and business matching sessions for SMEs to meet and select their suitable smartphone apps vendors and for the smartphone apps vendors to demonstrate and promote their products to potential users.
(iii) A smartphone apps adoption guidebook.
(iv) Six training workshops to educate SMEs on how to utilise the smartphone apps in marketing their products/services and CRM.
(v) Two editorials to raise the awareness of SMEs on smartphone apps and to promote the project.
