Project Deliverables :
(i) Interviews with trade associations and academic institutes; and a questionnaire survey on selected SMEs to analyse the current problems of the horological SMEs.
(ii) Interviews with 9 local successful companies in the horological industry and the gurus at the 19th Asian Horological Trade and Industry Promotion Conference to learn their views on the “Three Prospects”.
(iii) A seminar and 3 experience sharing workshops.
(iv) A “The Practical Guide Book for New Development of Hong Kong Horological Industry” and a book launching ceremony.
(v) An e-version of the Guidebook for uploading onto the website for free download.
