(i) An international standards audit checklist which includes Food Hygiene, Environmental Protection, Corporate and Social Responsibility, Quality of Service and Brand Orientation.
(ii) Five seminars to introduce the project and recruit participants.
(iii) Four training workshops to introduce ISO management concepts and the audit checklist to the participants.
(iv) An assessment report for each participating SME.
(v) An experience sharing session.
(vi) A dissemination seminar to publicise the result of the project.
(vii) A presentation ceremony.
(viii) Booklets and DVD-ROMs containing the success stories to SMEs.
(ix) A project webpage to host the project information and deliverables.
