(i) 6 free and open-sourced software programs.
(ii) A handbook (8,000 copies, free download) on digital marketing strategy and detailed steps in using the developed software solutions on digital marketing.
(iii) 2 seminars to promote the benefits of digital marketing.
(iv) 10 one-day workshops on the use of the software tools.
(v) A matching event for SMEs and information technology (IT) companies to meet and discuss SME’s requirements and the feasible solutions on digital marketing (around 200 SMEs and 20 IT companies).
(vi) A series of promotion activities including media reports, 3,000 posters, 6,000 leaflets and participation in World SME Expo.
(vii) A project website and a support hotline.
