(i) A “Certification Scheme for auditors of quality management systems” in compliance with ISO/IEC 17024.
(ii) An IT system for management of the Certification Scheme.
(iii) A Secretariat to implement the Certification Scheme, a Certification Board to assess applications for certification, and an Appeal Board to review decisions of the Certification Board.
(iv) Accreditation by the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS).
(v) Mutual recognition with the China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA) after accreditation is obtained from CNAS.
(vi) One awareness seminar and two technical seminars.
