Project Deliverables :
(i) Research and analysis on the production process of six printing SMEs to understand the typical production process of the printing industry and identify problems and rooms for improvement;
(ii) A customised QRM model that can be applied by printing SMEs;
(iii) Four three-day training workshops to provide practical knowledge and techniques to production supervisors and managers of printing SMEs on the application and implementation of QRM on production planning and operations;
(iv) A guidebook to provide guidance on the application and implementation of QRM;
(v) A dissemination seminar for experience sharing; and
(vi) A project webpage to disseminate project information and contain the softcopy of the guidebook and three articles summarising the key points of the guidebook.
