Project Deliverables :
(i) Two conferences, one to raise the industries’ awareness on Industry 4.0 and one to disseminate project results;
(ii) A “Sector-specific Industry 4.0 Benchmarking Model” together with a questionnaire survey and an on-site evaluation to evaluate the level of SMEs’ current operation;
(iii) A “Short-Mid-Term Industry 4.0 Strategic Upgrade Mapping” for SMEs to check their overall level of industrialization within the same sector so as to facilitate their strategic planning;
(iv) A “Sector-specific Practical Implementation Guideline and Case Analysis” with a list of applicable project ideas to help SMEs upgrade;
(v) Five seminars to provide knowledge on sector specific deployment of Industry 4.0;
(vi) Three technical workshops to introduce technical applications, analysis tools and implementation aspects of Industry 4.0;
(vii) A series of promotional activities, including pamphlets, supplements on newspapers, articles on magazines and webpages.
