(i) One e-guidebook on service, sales and management skills;
(ii) Ten training videos to share knowledge and demonstrate sales and management skills;
(iii) One e-learning platform for uploading the e-guidebook, training videos and practical tips to facilitate self-learning by SMEs;
(iv) One think tank to provide expert advice to SMEs through site visits and interviews on 20 SMEs, two focus group discussions and consultation platform;
(v) Practical tips to consolidate the expert advice given by the think tank for SMEs’ reference;
(vi) One seminar to share successful strategies on excellence in sales and services, and introduce the project deliverables;
(vii) Ten training workshops to enhance the sales techniques, customer service skills and attitudes, management skills of the front-line supervisors and staff; and
(viii) A promotional campaign (including advertisements and advertorial on local newspaper/magazines, promotion banners on online search engine, posters and leaflets).
