Project Deliverables :
(i) An industry-wide skill upgrade program to assist the pharmaceutical distribution SMEs in upgrading their capabilities to comply with the Code of Practice (COP) issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong;
(ii) Five seminars to enhance SMEs’ awareness on the latest regulatory requirements and provide them with knowledge on process upgrade;
(iii) Three workshops to offer hands-on experience on the technology application relating to the management of pharmaceutical distribution processes;
(iv) An e-guidebook to enable SMEs to plan and upgrade their operation;
(v) A project website to disseminate project deliverables; and
(vi) Helpdesk service to answer email and phone enquiries from pharmaceutical distribution SMEs.
