(i) Booths at four exhibitions to provide information on mediation to SME exhibitors and visitors;
(ii) Two seminars to provide knowledge on mediation to SMEs;
(iii) Six company studies to find out the common disputes encountered by SMEs and their existing dispute resolution system, and then devise guidance notes for SMEs to resolve disputes;
(iv) Four workshops to enhance mediation and negotiation skills of SMEs;
(v) Four training videos based on the content of the workshops and findings of the company studies for SMEs’ reference;
(vi) Project webpages to provide information on mediation to SMEs; and
(vii) A telephone hotline.
