(ii) Eight workshops to teach SMEs knowledge and skills to develop e-tailing business;
(iii) Two seminars on cross-border e-commerce, O2O e-tailing and case sharing;
(iv) E-shop assessment on the e-shops of 80 SMEs;
(v) One e-guidebook to consolidate findings of the e-shop assessments and best practices on e-tailing business;
(vi) Four feature articles to cover new e-tailing trends, best practices and success tips from key retailers;
(vii) Project webpages with e-resource library to provide updated information or FAQs on e-tailing; and
(viii) Promotional activities (including eDMs, advertisements in print- and e-publications and website banner).
