Project Deliverables :
(i) An Industry Competence Assessment Scheme with gap analysis on five local electronics SMEs to assess the readiness of the industry in supplying components for smart medical and healthcare devices;
(ii) Three seminars on the regulatory requirements and buyers’ requirements in the US and the EU medical and healthcare device component markets;
(iii) An e-guidebook covering the findings of the Industry Competence Assessment Scheme and methodologies for upgrading the quality management system;
(iv) Five training workshops to teach SMEs how to upgrade their quality management system with reference to the guidebook;
(v) Project webpages to disseminate project results; and
(vi) An enquiry email and hotline.
