(i) Desktop research on existing manufacturing innovative technologies and materials available for the textile and fashion industry worldwide and a study report for SMEs’ reference;
(ii) Interviews with 20 companies/institutions to identify suitable business models for SMEs and a practical handbook with steps and checklists for SMEs to follow in implementation;
(iii) A recommendation report to set out the proposed business models for SMEs in different stages of development;
(iv) A conference to promote the project;
(v) Five seminars to disseminate the research findings;
(vi) A project website to disseminate project information;
(vii) Helpdesk service to answer enquiries from SMEs; and
(viii) Advertisements to promote project deliverables.
