Project Deliverables :
(i) A half-day international conference to introduce the latest trend of logistics development and Logistics 4.0;
(ii) Two half-day seminars on the application of latest technologies in trading and logistics;
(iii) A questionnaire survey on 100 SMEs (including logistics, trading and manufacturing companies) to collect information about their logistics process;
(iv) Assessments on 12 manufacturing and trading SMEs;
(v) A maturity level protocol with a strategic roadmap for SMEs to achieve different levels of Logistics 4.0;
(vi) An implementation manual to assist SMEs in migrating to Logistics 4.0;
(vii) A dissemination seminar to disseminate project results; and
(viii) Project webpages and promotional activities (including advertisements on industry magazines, newsletters and website).
