(i) A research study to find out how design/design strategy has helped 50 successful companies develop business. A research report will be compiled;
(ii) A guidebook to set out the best practices of the 50 companies studied in the research and roadmap for SMEs to upgrade;
(iii) A ceremony to launch the guidebook with a brochure containing an executive summary of the research findings to be distributed in the event;
(iv) A dissemination conference to provide insights for SMEs in applying design/design strategy, with a conference booklet containing synopsis of speakers to be distributed in the event;
(v) A highlight video and project webpages to promote the project and disseminate project results;
(vi) A feedback report to summarise the feedback of Hong Kong manufacturing SMEs on the project; and
(vii) Advertisements to promote the project and its deliverables.
