(i) Two promotion seminars to promote and introduce the project;
(ii) An on-line questionnaire survey on 150 local start-ups to collect information about their operation management performance in the areas of financial control, information security and quality control;
(iii) In-depth interviews on 50 start-ups to understand their level of deficiency in operation management and identify best practices among successful start-ups;
(iv) An e-guidebook on best practices in operation management for start-ups;
(v) Two sharing seminars to explore the formula of success for start-ups;
(vi) Ten workshops to educate start-ups on operation management skills;
(vii) A dissemination seminar to disseminate the project results; and
(viii) Project webpages to disseminate project information.
