(i) A desk research on the current situations of the catering industry in the GBA;
(ii) Interviews with 17 stakeholders to understand the challenges faced by the Hong Kong catering industry when entering the GBA market;
(iii) Ten workshops to equip enterprises with knowledge and skills in operating restaurants in the GBA;
(iv) A guidebook to consolidate the findings of the desk research, interviews and contents of the workshops;
(v) A kick-off seminar to announce the details of the project;
(vi) A dissemination conference to introduce the guidebook, disseminate project findings and share experience;
(vii) A promotional video to disseminate project results, including highlights of the dissemination conference and the major content of the guidebook;
(viii) Project webpages to promote project events and disseminate project deliverables; and
(ix) A series of promotional activities, including eDMs, printed and online advertisements, etc.
