(i) Two seminars in Hong Kong to introduce the new trend of laundry service, and to disseminate the project results and share cases on digitalisation and transformation of the laundry service industry;
(ii) An industrial survey to understand the current situation of the laundry service industry in Hong Kong;
(iii) A market research to understand the development of the laundry service industry in Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas;
(iv) Interviews with ten local industrial representatives for experience sharing and advice;
(v) Six case studies to make reference to the experience and business strategy of enterprises from Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas.
(vi) A research report consolidating and analysing the key findings of the industrial survey and the market research;
(vii) A website to disseminate project information and deliverables; and
(viii) A series of promotional activities, including leaflets, advertisements and a feature article in industry magazine, eDMs, etc.
