Project Deliverables :
(i) A Food Innovation Centre to provide taste sensing and evaluation services for food industry practitioners;
(ii) Six pilot cases for local food manufacturing enterprises with free-of-charge taste sensing and evaluation;
(iii) An opening ceremony cum technical conference to promote the Food Innovation Centre and knowledge on innovative food to food industry practitioners;
(iv) Three symposiums to introduce the use of food sensory evaluation to food industry practitioners;
(v) Two training workshops to equip food industry practitioners with professional knowledge on taste sensing analysis;
(vi) A practical guidebook on the different food sensory evaluation methods;
(vii) A promotional video to promote the services and activities of the Food Innovation Centre;
(viii) Project webpages to promote the Food Innovation Centre and other project activities; and
(ix) A series of promotional activities, including leaflets, posters, online advertisements to promote the Food Innovation Centre and other project activities.
