Project Deliverables :
(i) A Code of Practice (COP) on anti-epidemic food hygiene and safety to help restaurants and food factories improve supply chain management and enhance their capability in setting up anti-epidemic measures;
(ii) Three seminars cum webinars to introduce the project and deliverables, recruit participants for the pilot scheme, promote the COP and share experience in participating in the pilot scheme;
(iii) A pilot scheme to encourage the food business to enhance its anti-epidemic food hygiene and safety measures;
(iv) Two workshops cum webinars to provide knowledge of food hygiene and safety;
(v) One-on-one on-site consultation to participating enterprises of the pilot scheme to understand their operations, identify their deficiency areas, provide recommendations and assess the improvement measures they adopted;
(vi) A project report to summarise the project findings;
(vii) Project webpages to promote project activities and disseminate project deliverables; and
(viii) Advertisements to promote the project deliverables.
