(i) An awareness seminar to introduce the common disputes in the interior decoration industry and bring out the need for developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the industry;
(ii) An e-guidebook to set out the SOPs of interior decoration, standard contracts and success cases;
(iii) A dissemination seminar to introduce the e-guidebook;
(iv) Eight videos to illustrate the SOPs covered in the guidebook; and
(v) A series of promotional activities, including online advertisement, search engine marketing and newspaper advertisement.
