English Title : Empower jewellery retail industry to enhance digital transformation competency

Project Nature : Process/product/technology development or improvement
Project Deliverables : (i) A study to assess the capability and readiness of Hong Kong jewellery retail industry for digital transformation. The study comprises of six focus group meetings with 30 enterprises to collect their views, particularly their difficulties and considerations on the transformation. A report will be complied to summarise comments collected and to help enterprises formulate digital transformation plan;

(ii) Six training workshops to provide training on digitalisation in the jewellery retail industry to practitioners;

(iii) A kick-off conference to introduce the project, recruit participants for the focus group meetings, and introduce the trends in retail technology;

(iv) A closing forum to share the outcome of the focus group meetings and highlights of the study report, and discuss the new normal of the retail industry in the post-pandemic era;

(v) An animation to promote the project; and

(vi) A series of promotional activities, including eDMs, leaflets and advertisements, etc.
